Description:
1. Endorsement processing on P&C insurance policies.
2. Providing support to underwriter and agency.
3. Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA.
4. Follow established procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements.
5. Investigate and resolve customer/agency/underwriters queries.
6. Calculating premium impact of the endorsements and report out.
7. Communicating with customers through email & Web service request.
Desired Profile:
1. Good written, comprehension and verbal communications skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Candidate Must be a Gradudate either BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA/ BBM.
6. MBA/ M.Com/ CA/ M.Tech/ MCA please do not apply.
7. Candidate must be comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
