Description:
Understands engine-machine interface, installation of various engine sub-systems and components, IQA.
Design, analysis & validation of hardware options (engine-machine interface).
ESW ownership (engine-machine interface).
Technical documentation.
Plant interaction.
Guide team members in execution of PQC / RPS projects.
Coach & develop - Solid understanding of change management processes, systems and tools. Applies change management processes and tools to help self and others manage change. Keeps others informed of and involved in change through planned communications. Applies change management processes and tools to help self and others manage changes on relatively small scale.
Motivate others - Solid understanding of how to motivate others. Sets goals that challenge a team to higher performance levels yet pushes when necessary to get things accomplished. Encourages and inspires others to do their best. Shows a sense of energy, ownership and personal commitment to work. Creates a positive work environment with a focus on bottom line results.
The Group Leader is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual measures with regards to VPCRs, PQC projects, Six Sigma.
Tool Knowledge Pro/E, Wildfire, GD&T , E-Matrix would be preferred.
