This zone came into existence on October 1, 2002. This railway comprises a total of 578 stations covering a total of 5449.29 route km out of which 2575.03 are broad gauge and 2874.23 are metre gauge.

Job Description:

Various Divisions / Units:

1. Head Quarter
2. Ajmer Division
3. Bikaner Division
4. Jaipur Division
5. Jodhpur Division
6. Ajmer Workshop

Education Criteria:

The candidates should possess ITI or Class 10 from any recognized board are eligible to apply.

Age Limit:

The candidates should possess the following age limit.
Lower age: 18 years
Upper age: 25 Years

Pay Scale:

The selected persons will get salary in the pay scale of PB 1, Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 with Grade Pay of Rs 1800 per month.

Selection Process:

The candidates will be selected based on their achievements in relevant sports , education criteria and other tests conducted by officials.

The candidates have to pay Rs 100 in the form of Demand Draft / Postal Order from any nationalized bank .
SC/ST candidates / women / minority candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
