Description:
Accounting Controlling & Reporting (R2R):
End to end knowledge of R2R process (FA, Reconciliations, Inter Co., GL accounting, Month end close).
Experience in handling monthly/quarterly & year-end close activities.
Experience in working on ERP systems (SAP/AS400/Oracle).
Ability to understand customer expectations and deliver accordingly.
Good working knowledge in MS office especially MS excel.
Should possess strong written and oral communication skill.
Prior experience in working with external clients would be an added advantage.
Flexibility to work in Night Shift is mandate.
Min 1 OJT/Transition experience.
Should have valid Passport with more than 6 months validity.
Valid B1/B2 Visa is an added advantage.
Experience in preparing SOPs and exposure to tools such as Visio.
Logical thinking and Query resolution.
Accounts Payable:
End to end knowledge of AP process (Invoice Processing, Dispute Resolution, Payment Run, Vendor Master Set-up, Maintenance.
Good knowledge of reconciliation / Accrual activities.
Experience in working on ERP systems (SAP/AS400/Oracle).
Ability to understand customer expectations and deliver accordingly.
Good working knowledge in MS office especially MS excel.
Should possess strong written and oral communication skill.
Prior experience in working with external clients would be an added advantage.
