Description:
Account/Relationship management
Strong communication skills/ negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of product solutions. Demonstrates competence in using a variety of selling techniques.
Responsible for managing assigned key accounts.
Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long term results
To carry a revenue, margin & server/storage quota. Commit & deliver a weekly number
Develops and plans account strategies and activities for specified accounts such as, selecting products for calls, identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections, introducing new products, making sales presentations and negotiating discount points
Requirements:
Must be a MBA would be an added advantage
10 to 18 years of sales experience in IT industry
Experience in Selling to large corporate accounts is a must
Experience in hardware industry is a must
Experience in Selling enterprise (high ticket items like servers) is must
Interactions:
Interaction with named key accounts in FSI, like HDFC and SBI is a must. (Resumes without this experience/interactions will not be shortlisted)
Interaction with the Large Corporate Account Team, Technical Support, Services Sales.
