Description:

1.Technical Support :

• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Knowledge In technical process,troubleshooting,handling customer queries related to electronic gudgets like laptop,PC,mobile phone.
• Fluent Communication skills required.
• Any Graduate can apply,UG and freshers are not eligible

Shifts:Day( 6 am-10 pm ) window ,any 9hr shift will be given

   

2.Domestic Inbound Customer Service Profile:

•   Day Shift,(7am-11pm window) any 9hr shift can be   given,6 day working.
•   Fresher and experienced candidates can apply

3.International Customer Service and Collection Process  :

•   Any fresher and experienced candidate can apply.
•   Inbound and outbound process
•   B2B and B2C collection process
•   US Shifts- Night   (6pm-6am), any 9hrs shifts will be given
•   AUS Shifts-Early morning   (4am-4pm), any 9hrs shifts will be given
•   5 days working and 2 days off in a week.
